Puts my little sis to sleep

Best nightly podcast for young kids
We love sleep tight science! My five and six year olds have been nightly listeners for a year now. We used to struggle with bed time routines and they would wiggle around for hours, not getting the rest they needed. Now, after one to two episodes of sleep tight science and they are sound asleep.
They also learn a ton and surprise us with the things they remember in conversations later in the week.
