This podcast helps me fall asleep, but why does it have to be for 7 year olds!? Furthermore, in sleep tight SCIENCE, the little bear Bernice takes over the episode! I listened to this podcast for SCIENCE, according to the title! But half the time Bernice takes over!!!

Puts my little sis to sleep

Best nightly podcast for young kids
We love sleep tight science! My five and six year olds have been nightly listeners for a year now. We used to struggle with bed time routines and they would wiggle around for hours, not getting the rest they needed. Now, after one to two episodes of sleep tight science and they are sound asleep.
They also learn a ton and surprise us with the things they remember in conversations later in the week.
